When something is dyed a really deep indigo, it has hints of both blue and purple. These metallic foil tiles are that color of dark indigo. They are approximately 12m x 12mm x 4mm. (1/2" x 1/2" x 1/6") They are made from handcut glass, so sizes can vary slightly.
This is for 50g of tiles, which is approximately 25 tiles.
These tiles are made by artisans in Northern India from recycled glass and metallic foils that are permanently bonded on the back. They have been double-fired for smoother, rounded edges.
These tiles are frost resistant, but should not be used for projects that will receive direct sunlight.
Nipping is not recommended, but if desired, very sharp nippers should be used to reduce the possible damage to the foil.
