This circle mosaic base is 6" in diameter. It is 1/2" (1.27 cm) thick. The top surface area is approximately 28". The sides are thick enough that you can decorate those, too. And it has a 1" key hole slot in the back for easy hanging.
One of the photos shows 12mm black gems on the plaque, just to give an idea of size.
Great for mosaics, as well as decoupage and painting.
It is recommended that you seal dense fiberboard prior to using it. A clear sealant or a even a slightly diluted high quality white glue (such as Weldbond) will work.
